LINDSAY BAISH-FLYNN, LPC, NCC, MA, Certified Trauma Professional (she/her)

Associate

Lindsay is an integrative therapist who draws primarily from attachment theory and psychodynamic practices to help people feel deeply understood for exactly who they are. She uses an integrated counseling approach that flexes for each person’s needs, experiences, and identities.

She brings a culturally-affirming and social justice lens to her practice, believing “there is space for ALL of you — no matter what your racial, sexual, or gender identity.”

Lindsay is a Certified Trauma Professional who specializes in helping individuals ages 16+ navigate complex trauma, grief, identity issues, and life transitions. She also counsels couples looking to create deeper connections with one another.

“I help people by providing a non-judgmental space where you can be your full self as you navigate life. When you’re able to bring your full self to face life’s obstacles, you will be amazed at what you can overcome.”

In addition to her certifications as a trauma professional, Lindsay is a former volunteer crisis helpline counselor and a member of Forest Park’s Mental Health Committee. Prior to becoming a therapist, she spent over a decade working in corporate marketing and brings a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges of career change.

Lindsay graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with dual bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and Political Science. She graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Master of Clinical Mental Health.
